Hi! My name is Chris Sugin, and I founded the CSS Insurance Agency in October of 2023. I began my insurance career working with Individual Benefit Solutions for a 1-year internship under the guidance of Jeff Lewis, who is a 30+ year veteran in health insurance for individual, group, and Medicare benefits. My main emphasis is to be your trusted Medicare Advisor. My areas of expertise are Medicare enrollments, Marketplace enrollments, researching prescriptions and medications for healthcare plans, and other general administrative tasks.

 

I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor's degree and worked as a teacher and coach at Muskegon High and Orchard View High for over 15 years. Since going on my own as an Independent Agent contracted with 8 carriers, I have developed strong relationships with numerous staff and clients, which has helped me grow professionally.

 

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercising, traveling, and learning new skills. I also love learning the guitar, in the process of learning Spanish, and German also travel, particularly to Northern Michigan areas to camp and fish, along with attending sporting events and concerts.
